Tim Sherwood says he would not be tempted to sell Aston Villa starlet Jack Grealish even if he was offered £60m for the youngster.
The 20-year-old, who is yet to decide whether to represent England or the Republic of Ireland at international level, has enjoyed an impressive start to the season.
Grealish broke into the first team at Villa Park during the last campaign and has flourished under Sherwood, with his manager now slapping a huge valuation on the young midfielder.

Asked how much his player is worth, Sherwood told the Daily Mirror: "I wouldn't want to sell Jack Grealish for £60m today, put it that way. I know what he could possibly be.
"What looks expensive this year might not be expensive next year. That's the way the game is going.
"He's a great player is Jack, but he's got to realise - I've been on at him every day - there is more to the game than just when you're in possession.
